| *Sunshine has twenty-two group homes. *Ten children reside at each home. *Five of our homes are girls homes. |
| Quality Assurance Sunshine strives to maintain excellence in all aspects of childcare. We have weekly unannounced inspections using the DES licensing standards. We have monthly group meetings with the children, facilitated by a member of the administrative team. No staff members are in attendance. We have monthly staff team meetings to ensure that each child's needs are being met. We have agency wide staff training once a month to enhance our staff's competency in providing excellent care. |
