Mitch Howell-Coon, a native of Hartselle, Alabama, received her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Birmingham Southern College. She has continued her education through extensive private instruction with noted painters in watercolor. |

corporations throughout the United States. She has painted such dignitaries as Vice President Dan Quayle, Governor Guy Hunt, the President and Chairman of the Board of U.S. Steel, President Ronald Reagan, and President George Bush.
Mitch is listed in numerous biographical works, a few of which are "Outstanding Young Women of America", "Who's Who in American Art", The Alabama Watercolor Society, and "international Who's Who in Art and Antiques", Cambridge, England.
