One of the simplest ways to support SOS is to become a member. We have designed our membership levels to appeal to all music lovers who want to be aligned with our cause. Whether you are a Sixteenth Note member ($50) or a Quarter Note member ($250) or more, you may rest assured that singers are being helped because of your support.

Matthew, 24, has been a folk-rock singer for the last 7 years. He released his first EP in 2007, has collaborated with known artists, and has had his music featured on TV. Matthew was diagnosed with Metastatic Melanoma that has affected his lymph nodes, thyroid, and lungs. He is unable to work due to treatment and is not eligible for public benefits. Without income, he cannot cover his medical co-payments and basic living expenses.

SOS paid Matthew's rent and connected him to other organizations for aid.

Please help us continue assisting singers like Matthew by joining SOS.

SOS members receive advanced notice of events and ticket sales, the quarterly issue of The Voice, a membership pin and card. Upon request, SOS will publish members' professional websites on our member links page. SOS offers members 1 annual membership mailing or e-blast for an upcoming concert or event. SOS asks only to be reimbursed for direct mail expenses, including postage and handling.

CORPORATE MEMBERSHP
SOS cannot succeed without the partnership of its Corporate members. Membership levels range from $5,000 to $50,000. Such donations provide significant seed money that enables SOS to offer new, and help maintain, continuing programs. Supporting SOS at this level may be meaningful to your company as you gain exposure by reaching our nationwide supporters and constituents via:

   • Broad name recognition on radio, the web, in event and print media outlets
   • Access to priority tickets for SOS events, VIP parties and concerts
   • Helping singers nationwide in dire need and in turn help keep the music alive

GENERAL DONATIONS
SOS welcomes donations in any amount and also in honor of birthdays, special occasions, and in memory of friends and family. Please call us with details and we will gladly mail a tribute to your designee. Also consider asking your employer for a Matching Gift form when making a contribution. SOS accepts bequests and major gifts as part of its Planned Giving Program.
